Khaas Food’s Organic Dry Fishes are dried inside a fully covered Mechanical Fish Dryer placed 40 feet above the ground level, where the heat and humidity are controlled scientifically to ensure the best quality. These organic dry fishes are produced in an ‘Update Mechanical Fish Dryer’ placed at least 40 Feet up from the ground. As the dryer is covered with transparent celluloid and net – no insects or fly can enter into the dryer, so no preservative or insecticides are required. The Humidity and Heat is properly controlled inside the dryer to keep the fish fibres intact and fresh.
